The location of the hotel is quite convenient, as it is within walking distance to the beach before 11 am, which allows guests to enjoy a peaceful swim. there are several bars in the vicinity for those who want to grab a drink or have some fun in the evening. it should be noted that the hotel is not suitable for disabled people due to the presence of stairs. guests can easily access a nearby Chinese shop for any convenience items they may need. One positive aspect is the room, which is clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom is spacious and fully functional. the service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast, although not extraordinary, offers a decent variety of options. Some rooms also provide a pleasant view of the surroundings. the hotel has facilities like a pool, although it is important to be careful as the restaurant floor can be slippery.
The entertainment options at the hotel are limited.

Fortunately, we stayed only 1 night at this so-called '4-stars hotel'. The receptionist was quite repulsive and difficult to localise in case of any need... Heating in the hotel was not working and it was quite cold. Finally, the breakfast was a total disaster - the bread was old, juices were not appropriate for consumption, glasses were dirty... In addition to that, in milk we found nest of ants! When we ask for attention to the receptionist he didn't even apologise for these... Basically, one huge disaster! Stay away from this place!

The hotel was very clean and the people there were very friendly! The breakfast could have been better but it is included the price and we did not pay much, so its fair! Location is great if you don't intend to stay in the city but rather want to explore Mallorca beaches!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent. Compared to other options in the area, it was very affordable. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The basic amenities, such as a kitchen and TV in every bedroom, were a nice touch. Lastly, the location was ideal, being situated on a roundabout around the corner from the famous Caves of Drach.
While there were minor issues, overall everything was satisfactory.

Had a fab holiday! Do not listen to these horror stories, if you go with an open mind and understand that you re not staying 5 star you will have a great time like we did. Went with my partner and 6 month old baby and met some fantastic people. Our room was CLEAN and the food was fine, you will not starve there was always something to eat. Staff were extremely friendly towards us and especially our little baby they loved him. If you venture out to the surrounding areas it's absolutely beautiful and to eat out food is very reasonably priced. Had a lovely holiday :)
Undeserving of 2 stars - should be rated a youth hostel! The staff were generally offhand and unhelpful.

Great for a Budget Stay! Based on the price that I paid, the amenities were good and the location was convenient. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable. the room was clean and equipped with basic necessities. the pool area was well maintained and a great place to relax after a day out. the hotel had a decent WiFi connection, which was helpful in staying connected.
Limited food options the food options were limited and lacked variety. It wasn't the best quality, but did suffice for the price I paid.

This hotel is definitely value for money. With its reasonable prices, you'll get more than what you paid for. The attention to detail is impressive, from the clean and well-maintained rooms with a balcony, to the basic amenities provided. The location is also a plus, as it is conveniently situated on a roundabout around the corner from the famous Caves of Drach.
Our stay at this hotel was a pleasant one.
